What's the order minimum?

Minimums are sized for independent stores — small enough that a corner store can get regular service without over-buying. Exact minimums depend on your route; we publish them before you sign anything.

Is there a delivery fee?

Route delivery is built into our pricing — no separate delivery fee, no fuel surcharges appearing on your invoice later. What we quote is what you pay.

How do credits for stale or damaged product work?

Your driver pulls out-of-date and damaged product every visit and credits it on the spot. It comes off that week's invoice. No claim forms, no waiting, no arguing.

When will you deliver?

We schedule deliveries around your orders and our routes through your area, and you'll always know your delivery window before the truck heads your way — so you can plan receiving around it.

How do I place orders?

However you like: text or call your order in, or use the online order sheet. Standing orders are welcome — set your base order once and adjust week to week.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We earn the shelf every week. Accounts run on simple open terms — if we stop performing, you stop ordering.

What if a product doesn't sell in my store?

We track sell-through and swap slow movers for something that fits your customers better. You should never be stuck with a dead shelf you paid for.

What if I'm caught short between deliveries?

Call us. We'll get you covered from the next truck through your area, and for genuine emergencies we'll find a way.
